I'm not a huge fan of hotdogs and hamburgers. I do like them when cooked outside over charcoal and if they are on buns that don't get squishy. These buns fit the bill.
From this recipe: A Hamburger Bun @ The Fresh Loaf. I used whole wheat flour for about 25% of the flour. I sprinkled half of them with poppyseeds. I love seeds of all kinds. :)
