nag hammadi type binding

See this for more information: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nag_Hammadi
Here is another grood article: tulibri.blog.de/2009/02/07/nag-hammadi-historisch-5520243/
(scroll down if you are an english speaker)

This is my much simplified version of the nag hammadi binding. I wanted to try this, because I like the ties at head & tail, the long strip that wraps and I especially love the over flap.

front, wrapped & tied stitchery fore edge, badly trimmed unwrapped, back

  1. I discovered your soap in college and I've been using it ever since. I am nearly finished with my stockpile and wonder if and when you'll bring back sparta soaps? I adore it. Please?

  2. I won't be bringing Sparta Soap back. I appreciate your past support and kind words, but it was time for me to move on.

    Thanks!

  3. Sandy,

I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have any recommendations for other companies with soaps similar to yours?
